  • Refunds
    Refunds cannot be made after services have been purchased. All sales are final.

  • Psychic Readings, Personal Growth Coaching & Numerology Services
    All services must be paid for in advance of appointment. Zuri will contact you within 2 days to schedule your session day and time. Please keep in mind that your preferred date and time for your psychic chat, personal growth coaching or numerology session may be subject to availability.

    Missed Appointments:
    Each appointment is scheduled for a specific time. You will be billed for individual missed appointments unless you notify Zuri of your intent to reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.

    Email readings and written reports may take up to a week to complete, based on Zuri's schedule and availability. All divinatory readings and advice arising from use of this site are understood to be for entertainment purposes only. AskZuri.com is not responsible for how you interpret or apply numerological or divinatory information.

  • About Transcripts
    The live chat consultation does not include a transcript. However, please feel free to copy and paste your conversation for future reference. If you would like a transcript of your time together, Zuri suggests using one of the Instant Messenger services, such as AOL/AIM or Yahoo.

  • Reiki Healing Distance Sessions
    Some thoughts to consider before receiving a reiki distance healing session:
    1. The healer is simply a channel for the Reiki energy to flow.
    2. Each client heals in their own time and in their own way, which can be through emotional, physical or mental healing.
    3. Each treatment feels different to everyone. Some experience a great sense of warmth and tingling, while others experience peace and relaxation.
    4. The degree of success depends on one's openness to the energy on both a conscious and subconscious level. If the client is ready and open to receiving a healing, the Reiki energy will always go to where it is most needed, awakening one's innate healing abilities and helping them to heal themselves.
    5. Some people may consciously wish to get well but subconsciously still cling to the illness or dis-stress (whether emotional, physical or spiritual) for any number of reasons, ranging from fear, guilt, depression, not ready to make positive life changes, manipulation, dependency, or as a way to attract attention or sympathy.
    6. Karmic and past life issues. Before you incarnated into this existence, you decided you wanted to experience certain situations, illnesses, challenges, and spiritual themes vital for your soul's development. Or, you may have to incarnate to repeat and learn certain lessons that were not resolved and fully grasped from a previous lifetime. And, until those lessons are learned, you may have to go on with the physical dis-ease a while longer because it is important for your spiritual growth. In other instances, you may discover that even though a distance healing cannot heal a physical disease that is linked to a karmic or past life issue, it may instead offer emotional healing or remove blocks on a soul level which leads to a greater sense of peace and connection with the higher self.
    7. A healing session is not a substitute, nor should it be used instead of medical or psychological treatment.
