Orders typically ship within 3 business days of placing your order, unless an item is out of stock or on back order. Weekends and holidays are not included as business days. A USPS or UPS tracking number will be provided once your item is on its way!
From the date of shipment, packages shipped within the United States take approximately 1 to 3 business days to arrive, if USPS priority mail delivery service was chosen at checkout. First class mail may take up to 5 business days within the United States. Canadian shipments can take approximately 8 – 10 business days. International shipments may take approximately 10 – 15 business days.
Please note: Canadian and international shipments may be inspected by customs, which may delay the shipping times.

Refund & Cancellation Policy:
All sales are final. No refunds will be given, unless an insured item was damaged or lost in transit. So, please make sure to pay for additional insurance at checkout. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund on a damaged or missing item.
To receive a refund on an insured item, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, along with a snapshot of the damaged item, so we can file an insurance claim with the shipping company. At that time, you will have the option of receiving a replacement or refund. If you choose to receive a replacement, it will be shipped to you within a week’s time, depending on product availability. Alternatively, if you choose to receive a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, as determined by the payment processing company.
Please note: Once orders have shipped, they cannot be cancelled.
Pre-Order & Custom Order Items:
Pre-order and custom order items are not subject to a refund or cancellation. So, please make sure you really want these items before ordering.
We only replace insured items if they are damaged in transit. If you have chosen not to insure your package, then it will not be eligible for a replacement. If you have chosen to insure your item and need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com with a copy of your payment receipt and a picture of the damage within 30 days of the purchase date, so we can file an insurance claim with the shipping company and ship you a replacement item.

Please note, friend: because of the nature of my business and schedule, I offer no refunds for any service, class, or digital product. As I work alongside with a high number of clients, when you book your appointment, I hold that space specifically for you, no matter who else tries to ask for it. For this reason, no-shows and same-day readings can’t be rescheduled or refunded.
Need to reschedule a future day reading?
No problem! I just need 24-hour notice, otherwise, I’ll be forced to forfeit your time & payment. Which would be a huge bummer for both of us. So please be sure to schedule a time that absolutely fits into your day.
