Oftentimes in cycles of stress, we become disconnected from our bodies and our place of balance and center. Today we are reminded to take moments of pause to check back in with our feelings, our breath and allow Divine peace and grace to wash over us. There is no need to rush into any decisions. We can take our time and be still in the liminal space to explore what direction is best for our flow to progress.
